Chicken a la King
1/4 cup butter 1/3 cup flour 1 can chicken broth 1 1/4 cup milk 2 cups (or 2 cans) cooked, diced chicken 1 cup frozen, mixed vegetables 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Prepared Biscuits |
Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the flour and mix well. Add the chicken broth and milk, and continue mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Simmer until the mixture thickens.
Serve over warm biscuit halves. |
